AFRICAN DANCE

Our African dance programs harness your creative energy, challenge your body, discipline your mind and teach you about African culture. The intrinsic value in African dance is that it is physically challenging, offers excellent cardiovascular activity, increases flexibility and coordination, and improves the attention span.  Participants are encouraged to perform with the company at its more than 20 performances a year.
